I agree with you that the atmosphere especially is enchanting. Regina is located at one of Tel Aviv's special locations, HaTachana which is worth visiting in any case. You can read more at: https://www.go-telaviv.com/old-train-station.html

I found their ethnic dishes from around the world to be nothing fancy, homestyle cooking, but good.

They have a great Friday early afternoon happening there until sundown. Good electronic music, people dancing finger food at no charge, and great drinks. Recommended! It's called "Love is in the Air" - but call to confirm before your come.
